It is our job to keep an eye on the market, a vacancy rate of above 3 percent is a warning sign and with our experience and training we endeavour to keep your loss to a minimum by:

  • Making sure leases don’t expire at certain times of the year when the market is less buoyant.
  • Contacting our database of tenants looking for properties.
  • Uploading your property on a variety of websites only accessible by agents to advertise but accessed by majority of prospective tenants.
  • Using advertising that is effective and inexpensive.
  • Access to and contacts in many different relocation companies with corporate clients looking to rent. Relocation companies generally only go through Real Estate Agents.
  • Experience in negotiating leases and rental reviews to get the best price for your property.
  • Ongoing advise on all your property matters.

To Maximise Profit

With the smooth running of your property affairs and regular and accurate rental reviews your investment will be maintained at the optimum level. We need to ensure that rental payments are made on the due dates and that those monies are accounted to you each month.
