August has definitely been, ’A Big Month in Real Estate’ here at De Freitas & Ryan with lots and lots of business going on.
For months now, we’ve been refusing to be caught up in all the negativity even to the point where we’ve embarked on an aggressive expansion plan. The interesting thing is that the simple driving force behind our expansion has been enthusiasm, work ethic and not market forces or investment capital.
The enthusiasm in our company is infectious and has led to a continual ’buzz’ in our office which is most exciting. Customers and clients comment when they come into our office how busy we seem and continually congratulate us on our helpful and courteous attitude.
Business by recommendation has been walking in the door and it’s exciting times ahead for our team.
We have also been fortunate in obtaining the service of Rocky Porcaro, a top flight commercial real estate representative who will be a great asset to our team.
Our Commercial team continued to grow and in fact I believe we are rapidly becoming recognized as one of the leading commercial companies in the State.
Since opening our new office/showroom on North Lake Road, De Freitas & Ryan Commercial has undertaken extraordinary growth in sales, leasing and portfolio management.

Residential sales and residential leasing are also experiencing lots of activity with the surprising thing being a shortage of residential properties listed for sale. It appears that a lot of investors are now back in the marketplace competing with owner occupants.
