See you later alligator. Yes our “Migi the Marvel” has been on holiday up North in the territory and showing those crocodile’s whose boss. He’s a real character our Mr. De Freitas as he’s been trying to convince us all that crocodiles originated in Portugal and wandered over to Australia centuries ago. Anyway it will be good to have him back at the “coal face” as we’ve all been very, very, very busy.

Big Trav rolled back into the office yesterday after his six week holiday in the States and it’s great to have him back. He’s hit the ground running and along with Rob they are off out to sign up a deal first thing this morning,
- The Blues Brothers On Their Way To Another Deal
It’s been all happening this week with some excellent Real Estate work being conducted through our office. Sales, leasing, listing businesses and just generally continuing to build our Business and our Brand. Gary “Ablett” just walked in and I can overhear him telling Mrs Gorbachov about the new listing he picked up last night in Bibra Lake. We have a very dynamic sales force here and they’re going from strength to strength.

As you know our resident giant, big Ash, is coach of the Kalamunda Suns State League Basketball Team and last Wednesday one of his “little teammates “dropped in to see him. Evidently we may be listing his house for sale and I can bet you it has high ceilings as Justin is a 7 footer. Yes that’s right and he towered over Big Ash and yours truly. Sorry the picture is a little blurry but our poor old photographer Mrs Gorbachov had the shakes taking the photo.
Our man Sir Milton is coming good and we all agreed it’s about time he saw the light. No more Kiwi jokes for a while mate until you’ve fully recovered.
Must go as I’ve got to list an apartment in East Perth and do a million other things.
