It’s Been A Big Week In Real Estate

Rob and I bumped into another friend of ours yesterday who is a local Real Estate Agent and he asked us if we were quiet as well. We didn’t want to come across as “smart alecs’ or be disrespectful so we said “yes I guess it has slowed down a bit.” However the facts are we’re doing deals and lots of them and even as I type this “Migi the Marvel” is out trying to put a $7,000,000 deal together in Cockburn.

We are listing extremely well and “Country Boy” is all excited with a “plum” he’s just picked up in Atwell and Tony’s just picked up one around the corner.

Yes It Looks Great Ash

Our new website is all up and running, however we need to do some “tweaking” to get it 100%. Absolutely wrapped and we thank Niek, Geraldine and all the team at Bouncing Orange for all their efforts in helping us to achieve our goal of being Western Australia’s Premier Agency.

‘Big Ash’ With Two Wins

No, he didn’t make two sales but as coach of the Kalamunda Eastern Suns State League Basketball Team, Ash beat the Bunbury Slammers last Friday night 123-85 and then followed up on Saturday with a 99-67 defeat of the Cockburn Cougars. Well done Mate and keep on building that team.

Paperwork, Paperwork, Paperwork

Well it’s got to be done. Sam and I have been so, so busy lately keeping everything up to scratch. The business continues to build and so to does the workload. But it’s all good fun and very exciting especially when we do the figures and measure our growth now that we’ve been going three years.

The “Portuguese Man of War” and the “Italian” have just come back from doing some rental inspections. I looked at the white-board about half an hour ago and realized that they have been (along with the rest of the department) leasing one property a day on average, up to the 16th. That used to be exceptional but now is just par for the course. So come on guys put that foot down harder on the gas.

Obviously we have a lot going on and obviously we’re busy, but we can’t forget about Sir Milton Coombe who is flat on his back with Mother Teresa looking after him. Get well soon mate we all miss you here at the office.

Hi to Trav, Dalena and NBL who will be home from the States really soon and it will be great having all our “family” back together.

Have a great weekend everybody and let’s hope Fremantle can get over their Deamons on Sunday.
