Welcome To Our De Freitas & Ryan Monthly "E" News Update
Being Portuguese, growing pains have never really been of much significance to me, however as a business owner of a young, thriving, growing Real Estate company, I would have to say that I now have an awareness of the problems associated with a growing business.
My business partner, Rod Ryan and I are continually working on providing our clients with the best service available in Real Estate today, however we have faced quite a number of challengers over the past year. Accordingly we have had to employ more staff to cope with the workload and just when we thought we had all our "ducks in a row": staffing circumstances would change and we’ve had to start all over again.
This has led to us having to make some hard decisions, look at our overall structure and obtain who we believe are the right people for the right roles within our company.
I can also say how fortunate I am to have clients who have been understanding and shown great loyalty to our company.
In next month’s newsletter I propose to introduce you to some of our new appointments and in the mean time we are all working extremely hard and getting on with business.
For the record the market is in a very healthy state and we are obtaining some excellent results in all divisions of our company.
