I knew this was always going to be “Another Big Week In Real Estate” as the momentum we’re building in this business is really quite amazing. There is so much going on and with the inclusion of some added new staff members the enthusiasm is most pleasing.
We look forward to our auditor Martin Silver (free plug coming up, mobile: 0416292272) coming to our office and I think he really enjoys coming here. He said he does quite a few agent audits; however he can’t get over the growth that has taken place in this company. I think that is audit speak for I am going to increase my charges, anyway all looks good so we can keep on getting on with business.
I just received a nice phone call from one of Adrian’s clients who he sold a home to in Bibra lake this week to inform me that she has two homes for us to lease and I am also on my way to East Fremantle in a minute to list a beauty in Saint Peters Road.
Since we moved across to the Herald our sales team have shown a lot of interest in our advertising and their input has been fantastic and removed a load from my shoulders. Much appreciated as I have been “crazy busy” in the past couple of months, but it has also been satisfying with excellent results coming through.
“Migi the marvel” must have been rubbing his head as somehow along the way he has picked up a large splinter. Never mind dear “nurse Sam" is here to insure we keep our leader fit and well and out there making sales.
A large part of our business is mail outs on behalf of clients and it involves a lot of work by our admin staff. Samantha (we give you the mail) is very good at handling the promotional side of things even though sometimes she has trouble seeing the light of day over those boxes.
Now my beautiful young sister Jilly is a real fan of her big brother and reads our company blog each week and keeps up to date with what’s going on. She has got a bit of a "battle" on her hands at the moment and next week is going to be a big week for us all. Stay strong little lady and I will be over there with you real soon.
