As busy as it is I sneaked off down to Mandurah on Tuesday and caught up with some dear friends who are sailing their beautiful yacht “Sojourn” around Australia. I decided to stow away and finished up having a glorious sail down to Bunbury on Wednesday along with K.G (Kerry McGorlick), his beautiful wife Linda and crew Shea (the Irishman) and “Big John” Pierzak.

Now whilst it’s been smooth sailing down the coast we’ve had our difficulties here this week. Trying to organise finance approvals on sales, trying to obtain council approval on Commercial sales and leases and trying to convince the ANZ Bank that they might have created a bit of carnage out there in the market. Sales and leases have slowed down this week that’s for sure, but we’ll get some wind in our sails real soon and finish off the month in our usual style.
- Two ships are better than one
It’s a great place at our “Freo” and this morning I had to check on a new listing we’ve just picked up on the 7th floor of an apartment building in Fremantle and ----- and behold in the harbour was two huge big cruise ships. They better get out of here quick before “Migi the Marvel” sells them.
- Happy Birthday Robbo!
Big Robs all smiles this week as he loves his chocolate cake and he loves selling property as well. He’s had a big week with sales in Jandakot and Bibra Lake and he tells me he hasn’t finished yet. Must rush off as Migi and I have a meeting up at our City of Perth Office. Catch you again next week after “Another Big Week in Real Estate”.
