The weather has been a bit different this week but fortunately for us it’s been raining deals here at De Freitas & Ryan. Even our new recruit “farm boy” Adrian has lost his “Richard Branson tag” and has broken through for his first sale in Real Estate. In Adrians case it will be the first of many many more as he is headed for great things in this business.
Our office has been really buzzing this week and our admin staff has been exceptionally busy getting “all sorted” for the end of the financial year. It’s been that busy that we’ve even had to bring in some additional staff to help with the workload.
We’ve been seriously busy in all divisions this week and I’ve been busy trying to pin our sales representatives down in order to complete their targets for the new financial year.
My old mate Sir Milton Coombe hasn’t been in today as we’ve insisted he take some time off. He’s quite a character and loves being part of our company, plus he’s very very good at his new career in Real Estate. He sold one property in Yangebup for around $530,000 the other day followed by another one in Beeliar for $1.2 million. If that’s not good enough he has three other offers on the table. But the classic is that the $1.2 million dollar buyers in Beeliar have just given him four properties to sell as they are wanting to scale things down a bit. So yes Sir Milton take the day off please.
Similar stories all round with our reps with the exception of Migi who has been sitting up all night watching the Soccer.
We hope young Jason is behaving himself in Thailand and we look forward to his return Monday week as our Rental Department has been far too busy without him.
Gary and Mark are chasing me to organise some new advertising material so I better get on with it.
It’s taken quite a while but we are just about to launch our new website. I thought our existing one was pretty good, but this next one with all the “bells and whistles” is just brilliant. It appears from our figures for the financial year so far that our business has doubled in the last 12 months and I firmly believe that the investment in our website will see us “double up” again next year. Yes I’m excited – But we’ll catch you again next week after Another Big Week In Real Estate.
P.S Poor old Mig is trying to do a $1.6 million dollar deal and our Ashleigh is “snapping away” at him. One of Migs clients has just given him these flowers to give to his special lady.
