Well they tell me "It’s Been Another Big Week’ at the coal face of Real Estate in Western Australia. With ‘Migi the Marvel’ and the team making September one of our best months on record. I must say I feel a bit guilty, however someone had to represent WA at the grand final and we all know it was never going to be Freo or the Eagles.
- Can we have one of these please, Mr. Premier?
Now word has it that everyone has been “flat out” this past week and we have had some excellent results. We’ve also had a little competition amongst the boys in our “Fishing Division” with Robo appearing to just out snapper "Migi the Marvel’s" deep sea monster of last week. It appears our boys will go to great depths in order to achieve and that’s certainly a good thing to have in our Real Estate DNA.
- And the winner is....
Mig and I decided to shout the whole team lunch last Friday as a small thank you for the tremendous effort our boys and girls have displayed these last few months. It’s been all go with excellent results coming through even though we’ve been going through some major administrative changes in our company. It’s great having a growing business, but unless you continually fine tune and plan ahead you’ll soon be as my old mate Kerry McGorlick would say “OTBD” (out the back door).
Well I’ve got a few business calls to make and then it’s off to join the Melbourne Cricket Club Members Queue at the MCG for what my old mates call “The Long Night”. It’s a fantastic night, extremely social, with little sleep (we do have an apartment 400meters from the “G”, but we’ll keep that to ourselves) and then we get to see what should be a great grand final with the Cats getting home by a whisker.
If you are watching the game on TV over there in Perth, keep an eye out for a bloke in the members wearing a “Freo beanie” with a pie in one hand and a hot dog in the other. Catch you again next week after ‘Another Big Week In Real Estate’ and football.
